Our contact form uses a human verification check developed by Gridtek to help prevent spam and automated submissions. This check does not retain additional personal information. Hosting-related technical logging may still occur as described above.

We may retain relevant records longer when necessary to administer an ongoing contractual relationship, comply with legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Deleted information may remain in routine backups for up to 30 days after removal from our active systems. During that period, backup copies are retained for recovery purposes and are not used for ordinary business activities. If a backup is restored, previously required deletions are reapplied.

GoDaddy manages hosting-related technical logs separately under its applicable retention practices. The inquiry and backup periods above do not describe GoDaddy’s independently maintained technical logs.
